Tonya Wright is a construction and real estate development professional committed to expanding access, ownership, and leadership opportunities within the built environment. As a woman leading in a traditionally male-dominated industry, she brings discipline, vision, and execution to every project she touches.

With a background spanning construction project management, commercial real estate finance, and development strategy, Tonya bridges the gap between capital and construction. Four years ago, she founded Pink Collar Contractors, a construction and real estate development company, establishing an entrepreneurial platform through which she advances projects and creates opportunities within the built environment.

Her experience in multifamily finance and industry engagement at the Mortgage Bankers Association further strengthened her ability to connect stakeholders, structure viable projects, and advance meaningful collaboration across sectors.

A Georgia native with deep roots in community development, Tonya leads with clarity, integrity, and long-term thinking. She believes construction is about more than building structures; it is about building communities, creating pathways to ownership, and increasing representation in the rooms where decisions are made.
