Kat Taylor is an Executive Coach that has built a distinguished career at the intersection of business, leadership, entrepreneurship, and community impact. With more than two decades in professional services and the C-Suite, Kat is the former President and CEO of the DeKalb Chamber of Commerce. She also served as an appointed Commissioner under Atlanta’s 60th Mayor, Keisha Lance Bottoms, leading the city’s Workforce Development agency. Now Taylor currently leads the department of Engagement and Opportunity as it’s Managing Director for the 60th largest corporate law firm in America, Nelson Mullins, where she impacts attorney and firm performance, production and profitability. Kat is currently serving as Board Chair of the Grove Park Foundation helping to revitalize the Westside of Atlanta, and she also calls Grove Park home as a resident for almost a decade.
